Yoga NRG hosts classes that honour each individual. Students will learn to respect their boundaries and work from a place of authenticity and ultimately leave their ego behind. In this way, we create an atmosphere conducive to natural expansion and growth. We're not interested in pushing past our edge, classes at "Yoga NRG" emphasize that yoga is not about the perfect posture, the best body or flexibility it is about getting to know your body inside and out. Yoga is suited to all shapes, sizes and personalities. Students will discover that real health and vitality comes when we stop comparing and competing with each other, and start listening to the voice within that tells us what we need.

Power Basics is slower with more time spent on alignment ideal for those just beginning Power Yoga or those wanting longer time spent in the poses. |
