Fundamentals of Mindfulness - Level 2 - Taking the practice deeper - looking into the hinderances of being mindful - this is pre-requisite for our train the trainer programs.

Curriculum Training - Level 2 - Mindfulness in Schools Programs

2 day intensive plus a practice teaching day - group bookings for schools, youth organisations, health practitioners, yoga teachers and educators wanting to learn how to deliver a 6 session program to youth age clients either in group settings or in private practice.
